We hope you love your new This & That however, if the item you have received is not right we offer credit notes and exchanges on full priced items only. The time period of items being returned is 14 days from day of delivery. 

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Credit note expiry is 3 months and can be used in store and online. 

Please ensure your order is returned in the way it was received. Garments must be in the original condition, unworn and unwashed, with the original tags attached. We require unmarked shoe soles.

*Please Note: The postage costs for returning goods are the customer's responsibility and will only be reimbursed in the case of damaged or faulty items.

IF FAULTY

At This & That Boutique our orders are handled with care! However, if you believe you have received a faulty item please contact us via email hello@thisthatstore.com, with photos of garment and we will assess its condition. If faulty we will happily accept the return of your garment within the 14 days from day of delivery and offer a full refund. Items damaged as a result of everyday wear and tear or incorrect use are not considered faulty.

Please allow up to 2 weeks from the day you post your return for your account to be refunded. Refunds processed through Pay Pal can take a few days to process.
