We hope you LOVE your new This & That however, if the item you have received is not working we offer credit notes and exchanges on full priced items only. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

The time period of items being returned after purchase is 14 days.

The credit note expiry is 3 months after we have received your garment back in its original condition. You can use your credit note in store and online.

If you need to return an item....please email us at hello@thisthatstore.com and we will send you our P.O BOX address.

We sadly do not do exchanges or offer returns on Accessories e.g Sunglasses, Belts, Bags.

Please ensure your order is returned in the way it was received. Garments must be in the original condition- unworn and unwashed, with the original tags attached. We require the protective shield on swimwear and unmarked shoe soles.

*Please Note: the postage costs for returning goods are the customer's responsibility and will only be reimbursed in the case of damaged or faulty items.


At This and That our orders are handled with LOVE! However, if you believe you have received a faulty item please contact us via email hello@thisthatstore.com immediately and we will assess the garments condition, if faulty we will happily accept the return of your garment within the 14 days and offer a full refund. Items damaged as a result of everyday wear and tear or incorrect use are not considered faulty.

Please allow up to 2 weeks from the day you post your return for your account to be refunded, refunds processed through Pay Pal can take a few days to process.
